A fully licensed California Architect (Lic. No. 22268), Kenneth M. Williams has extensive experience in residential design, institutional projects, light-rail stations and other public, private and commercial projects.

 

 

 

Residential: Ken's residential work has focused on high-density apartments and condominiums, custom and spec single-family
homes, remodels, and additions.
       
 

 

Commercial: His commercial projects include small office buildings, tenant improvements design for banks, retail and office space.
       
 

 

Institutional/Municipal: Ken has also worked on large municipal projects including Los Angeles' mass transit station design and
systems coordination.

 

A particularly unique example of the architect's cutting edge design sensibility is Ken's own custom designed home in Venice, CA featured in the photos below. The home, dubbed the "Contemporary Castle," has repeatedly appeared as a unique location shoot in a variety of television programs and films.
