Kenneth M. Williams is a licensed architect with extensive experience in residential design, institutional projects, light-rail stations and other public, private and commercial projects. He resides in Seattle, Washington in a magnificent two-story home he completely remodeled. He previously resided in Venice, California in a modern castle design of his own design. The home, dubbed the "Contemporary Castle," has repeatedly appeared as a unique location shoot in a variety of television programs and films.

 

Architecture: Residential - High-density apartments and condominiums, custom and spec single-family homes, remodels, and additions. Commercial - Small office buildings, tenant improvements design for banks, retail, and office space. Institutional - Mass transit station design and systems coordination.
